Social Justice Literature Award

We Are Still Here! Native American Truths Everyone Should Know by Traci Sorell, illustrated by me and published by Charlesbridge Publishing, has won the 2022 International Library Association’s Social Justice Literature Award in the nonfiction picture book category! This award was given out by the 2022 Social Justice Literature Award Committee of the International Library Association’s Literacy and Social Responsibility Special Interest Group.
